A door to professional football

The competitiveness and physical-technical demand of Beach Soccer is beyond any doubt. After years of competition, it has already been thoroughly proved that to survive the battle on the sand you need to be a real athlete, and time after time, facts back this idea even further. Beach Soccer fans, coaches and players see today how top beach soccer becomes a door to top-level football. Beach Soccer stars’ fitness makes them really competitive in any sport, and their technical skills allow them to play and shine on any surface.

If we recently saw how Solomon Island Beach Soccerers Gideon Omokirio and Benjamin Mela played their role in the recently closed FIFA Club World Cup, today we know that Francisco Velásquez, Frank, has just begun a new eleven-a-side adventure. The Salvadorian forward, named as MVP in the last FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup CONCACAF Qualifier, has signed a contract with Club Deportivo Once Municipal. The Canary team, from Ahuachapán, will play in the country’s top Division after their promotion last season, so Frank will have the chance of showing over the all the skill he has displayed on the sand.
