Real Madrid’s Welsh superstar makes the most of the beach sand to get back to full fitness
We have been seeing lots of top-class football players come down to the beach sand lately.
The last one of them is Real Madrid’s star Gareth Bale, who spent the morning training session on the beach sand pool in the Ciudad del Real Madrid, the Sporting Centre of the Spanish giants in Valdebebas.
Indeed, many top-flight football clubs and National Football Associations have already built a sand pitch in their facilities, as it enormously helps in both technic and physical training, and also in injury recovery exercises.
