Greece replaces Romania in Division A

The Carpathian side will not take part in this year’s Euro Beach Soccer League, and the Greek, runners-up of last Promotion Final, take the spot

The Romanian Football Association officially communicated recently to Beach Soccer Worldwide that their National Team will not be taking part of this season’s Euro Beach Soccer League.

As per the regulations, the top-ranked side team in Division B after the 2013 EBSL Promotion Final, Greece, will take the place Romania just left in the top-flight Division. The Hellenic will make their debut in the top flight division in Poland, with the second stage of the European League in Sopot.

Now, Beach Soccer Worldwide will open a window in which teams that are currently out of the Euro Beach Soccer League can bid to join the Division B pool.
