Madjer, Bruno Torres and Jordan aim for the Quinas de Ouro, with the latter also recognized in Nazaré
Portuguese beach soccer keeps being one of the best in the world, and the athletes in the Equipa das Quinas keep collecting recognition within their boundaries.
This 2018 the Quinas de Ouro awards, to take place on March 19th, and organized by the Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF), the Associação Nacional dos Treinadores de Futebol (ANTF) and the Sindicato dos Jogadores Profissionais de Futebol have again nominated three of the National Team players: Madjer, who have been collecting the award in the last years, Bruno Torres and Jordan, as the best players in the country in 2017.
Three coaches have also been shortlisted for the Best Beach Soccer Coach of the Year award: Joao Marques (Sporting Braga), Mário Miguel (Sporting Clube Portugal) and Mario Narciso (Portuguese National Team).

Moreover, Jordan Santos has also been included in the list of nominees for the Athlete of the Year Award (Team Sports) at the yearly Gala do Desporto of Nazaré, his hometown, and also home to big beach soccer events during last year.
The Portuguese Winger competes against top-class footballers such as Ricardo Esgaio (Sporting Braga) or Stephen Antunes (GD Chaves).
