The annual beach soccer gala will return to close the Intercontinental Cup 2018 in Dubai
The night of the Beach Soccer Stars will return to Dubai in November 2018. The event will serve as the grand finale of the Intercontinental Cup in the city, as well as a chance to recognise the year’s top performers in the sport of beach soccer.
The event will take place on the 10th November, at the same venue as the previous year, the V Hotel Dubai Curio Collection by Hilton (previously known as the W Dubai).
A committee of football federations from around the globe will come together to decide the winners of each award.
The awards that will be presented include: Best Player, Best Goalkeeper and Best Five.
On top of that, a Best Goal prize will also be voted for by the general public on the Beach Soccer Worldwide website, nominations for which will be released in the coming weeks.
A mass convergence of the sport’s biggest names and hottest talent functions as a perfect closing to one of the most prestigious events in the beach soccer calendar, the Intercontinental Cup.
The event will begin on the 6th November and finish on the 10th, taking place at Kite Beach, Dubai. We will release more details on the event, including participating teams, squads and the match schedule, following the draw that will take place on the 10th October.
The event, and of course the glitz and glamour of the Beach Soccer Stars gala, guarantee to be a spectacle worthy of one of beach soccer’s most important cities.
