This first Beach Soccer International event ever gets to Nigeria as the sport has already acquired a prominent place in sports global showcase. Since its first steps in the Copacabana Beach in 1992, Beach Soccer has grown healthy and constantly, accomplishing goal after goal, beating landmark after landmark to find its place among the most followed spectacles all over the world.
Africa becomes, then, the ultimate horizon for the sport’s final boost. In such a football-loving territories, crane to impressive athletes in all disciplines, the possibilities remain endless for Beach Soccer to grow as the heartbeat for the sport begin to be felt in the continent.
