Spain claim win in history-maker against Mexico

The game marked the international debut of the Mexican Women's National Team

The Spanish National side used their wider internatinoal experience to bend Mexico in a historic match that marked the international debut of the Mexican Women's National Beach Soccer Team. 

Despite the hosts managed to resist the Spaniard's talent for most of the game, even paralelling Mellado's opener wiith Calderón equalizer, two hits by Andrea Mirón and Carla Morera in the last minute of the game gave Joaquin Alonso's side the win. 

Tomorrow, both teams will square off again (1pm local time - LIVE on beachsoccer.com) to see who claims the cup in this Visit Puerto Vallarta Cup 2017.
