The current adidas Golden Scorer has signed for General Díaz, Paraguay top-flight football Division club
The high-performance sport status beach soccer holds is demonstrated every day, with its athletes taking part in the most demanding sports environments in the world. One last example is current FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup adidas Golden Scorer Award, Paraguayan Pedro Morán, who has just signed for an eleven-a-side top-division side in his country, General Díaz.
The 25-year-old highlighted that “playing on the grass is fairly different tan playing on the sand, but it is an important decision I just took, and I am going to do my best in this new episode”.
Coach Humberto García had no doubt in recruiting Morán after seeing him in action on the training sessions, and acknowledging that he could manage to transfer his quick moves, great technique and nose for the goal from the sand to the grass.
