An extra-time 4-3 win over Artful BSC Bratislava gave the blue side the National crown
Slovakia crowned a new champion last weekend. Husty, a team reinforced with five international players from the Czech Republic and Poland, prevailed in the final against Artful BSC Bratislava to claim the title.
After getting comfortably 3-0 ahead, Husty saw how mighty Artful BSC Bratislava tied things up 3-3 before the final whistle, and needed an extra effort in the extra time to secure the cup.
Besides the National glory, Husty also seized all the individual awards, with Filip Vynhal being named MVP and Top Scorer of the League, and Polish international Bartlomiej Stolarz being named the best goalkeeper.
In the play-off for third place, Oranjes Zvolen beat Zmrzli Brazilci 4-1.
